摘  要:为研究美人鱼发光杆菌溶血素的携带情况及溶血素的免疫原性,对前期分离的美人鱼发光杆菌的溶血素基因进行了分析,同时进行了原核表达和免疫原性分析。结果显示,该菌携带溶血素Hlych基因,生物信息学分析,该基因与美人鱼发光杆菌溶血素基因同源性达到99%以上,细胞定位预测为胞外蛋白,且具有良好的免疫原性。研究结果提示该菌携带Hlych基因,细菌毒力增强,同时Hlych蛋白有一定的免疫原性,有望用于建立ELISA诊断方法。To study the carrying situation and the immunogenicity of hemolysin from Photobacterium damselae, the hemolysin gene from the isolate strain was analyzed. And the prokaryotic expression and immunogenicity analysis were performed. The results showed that the isolated strain of subspecies had Hlych gene, the homology of the gene toit from Photobacteriurn damselae was more than 99%, and the cell localization was predicted to be extracellular protein. Prokaryotic expression and immunogenicity analysis showed that Hlych had good immunogenicity. The results showed that the bacterial virulence might be fur- ther enhanced, and Hly0h, due to its good immunogenicity, can be used to establish an ELISA diagnosis method.
