摘  要:采用自应力自密实混凝土,可以提高钢管内混凝土的密实度,补偿混凝土的收缩,从而保证钢管与混凝土更好地共同工作.为研究钢管与其核心自应力自密实高强混凝土的粘结性能,考虑自应力值、混凝土强度、界面长度3个影响因素,设计制作23根试件,进行推出试验和理论分析.研究结果表明:与钢管自密实混凝土相比,当自应力值为3、5MPa时,对应的抗剪粘结强度可提高19%和85%;混凝土强度的提高也可增强界面抗剪粘结强度,但高强混凝土的脆性导致构件的荷载-滑移曲线在粘结极限荷载之后下降较快;抗剪粘结强度随界面长度的增加而下降,且近似呈线性关系下降;基于试验结果建立钢管自应力自密实高强混凝土界面抗剪粘结强度计算公式,可供工程应用参考.In order to improve the compactness and compensate the shrinkage of core concrete,the selfstressing and self-compacting concrete is adopted.The bond behavior of self-stressing,self-compacting and high strength concrete filled steel tube is studied,with affecting factors of self-stress value,strength of concrete and interface length.The push-out tests and the theoretical analysis are made.The results show that:When the self-stress value is improved to 3 MPa and 5 MPa,the corresponding increment of bond stress are 19%and 85%,comparing to the common concrete filled steel tube;The strength of concrete can also improve the bond behavior of self-stressing,self-compacting and high strength concrete filled steel tube,but high strength concrete leads to the quick drop after ultimate loading due to the brittleness.However,the increment of interface leads to the decrease of bond stress;and the relationship between them can be expressed as linear.According to the test results and analysis,the calculation equation of bond stress of self-stressing,self-compacting and high strength concrete filled steel tubes is proposed,which can lay foundation to further application.
