重庆市万州区2011—2017年肺结核流行特征

摘　　要：目的分析重庆市万州区肺结核流行特征,为制定防控策略提供科学依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对2011—2017年万州区肺结核患者信息资料进行分析。结果 2011—2017年共登记肺结核患者8 420例,年均肺结核登记率为75.51/10万,登记率从2011年的81.95/10万下降到2017年的63.16/10万,肺结核疫情呈逐年下降的趋势(P=0.000)。男性患者年均登记率为106.33/10万,女性患者年均登记率为44.51/10万,男女性别比为2.4∶1,两者差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);发病年龄主要集中在35～64岁的中年人群,占53.40%;职业以农民为主,占59.30%,农村肺结核患者年均登记率高于城镇,分别为115.84/10万和48.23/10万,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论重庆市万州区肺结核疫情呈逐年下降趋势,防治重点人群为中年、男性、农民,重点防控地区为农村。ObjectiveTo analyze the epidemiological characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis in Wanzhou District,Chingqing City,so as to provide the evidence for formulating the prevention and control strategies.MethodsThe data of pulmonary tuberculosis patients were collected and analyzed by the descriptive epidemiological method in Wanzhou District from 2011 to 2017.ResultsFrom 2011 to 2017,8 420 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients were detected and registered,the annual average registration rate was 75.51/10~5,and the epidemic showed a declining trend year by year（P=0.000）.The average annual registration rate of male patients was 106.33/10~5,and 44.51/10~5 for the female,and the sex ratio of male to female was 2.4∶1,with the statistically significant difference（P=0.000）.The age of onset of the disease was mainly concentrated in the 35-64 years middle-aged people,accounting for 53.40%.The occupation of patients was mainly farmers,accounting for 59.3%.The annual average registration rate of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in rural areas was higher than that in urban areas,（115.84/10~5 and 48.23/10~5 respectively）,with the statistically significant difference（P=0.000）.Conclusion The epidemic of pulmonary tuberculosis in Wanzhou District of Chongqing City is decreasing year by year.The prevention and control of tuberculosis should be focused on the populations of middle-aged,male,and farmers.
