针灸戒烟:慢性阻塞性肺疾病防治中的新途径

摘　　要：作为我国独特的卫生资源、潜力巨大的经济资源、具有原创优势的科技资源、优秀的文化资源和重要的生态资源,中医针灸在我国重大疾病防治和治未病中起着日益重要的作用。然而,由于在胸背部穴位针刺易发生不良事件,如何将针灸用于防治慢性阻塞性肺疾病存在巨大瓶颈与挑战。基于此,文章重点关注戒烟这一慢性阻塞性肺疾病防治最具可行的干预措施,通过梳理最新研究成果,细致观察针灸疗效的异质性、疾病特点的复杂性和研究进展的多样性,发现针灸可有效提高戒烟成功率,而戒烟可减缓慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能下降的速率,延缓病变进展,从根本上改变慢性阻塞性肺疾病的自然病程,故而提出以针灸戒烟作为慢性阻塞性肺疾病防治新途径的观点,以期为发挥中医针灸在慢性病防治中的独特作用提供新的思路与方法。Acupuncture and moxibustion, as a health resource with unique characteristics, economic resource with great potential, scientific and technological resource with original advantage, cultural resource with outstanding content and ecological resource with essential value, has played an increasingly important role in treatment and preventive treatment serious diseases. However, due to adverse events induced by acupuncture at back and chest acupoints, acupuncture and moxibustion is faced with difficulted in the preventive treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. This article focuses on smoking cessation which is the most feasible interventions of COPD by summarizing the latest research results, and closely observing heterogeneity of clinical efficacy, complexity of disease nature and diversity of research progress of acupuncture and moxibustion. As a result, it is found acupuncture and moxibustion could significantly improve the success rate of tobacco cessation, and tobacco cessation can slow down the rate of lung function decline, delay disease progression and fundamentally change the natural course of COPD. Therefore, it is proposed acupuncture and moxibustion for tobacco cessation should be considered as a new pathway for preventive treatment of COPD, hoping to provide new ideas and methods for the preventive treatment chronic obstructive pulmonary disease bv acuouncture and moxibustion.
