摘　　要：脐,又名"神阙""命蒂",是中国古人养生治病的要穴。脐带的发生与分离是新生命生长发育的关键阶段,断脐是先天与后天的重要分水岭。出生前,先天之炁通过脐带输送至子体,循先天之经放射状网络全身;出生后,先天之炁逐渐蛰伏于脐之深部,继而后天之气循奇经八脉沟通脐与十二正经。因此,脐是人体重要的黄金点、太极点。脐除了具有生物结构全息的特点外,还具有更高层面的信息全息。脐疗不仅可通过后天之经发挥作用,还可通过激发先天之炁产生独特疗效。目前各种脐疗方法在我国蓬勃发展,硕果颇多,文章尝试从理论层面介绍有关脐疗的中医内涵以及常见运用。Umbilicus, also known as ＇Shenque＇ and ＇Mingdi＇, is a crucial acupoint for curing diseases or health maintenance. The occurrence and separation of umbilical cord is a significant stage in the growth and development of new life. Before birth, congenital qi pass through the umbilical cord to the embryo, and follow the nature of the radial network through the body. After birth, the congenital qi gradually dormant in the deep of umbilical, and the acquired qi connect the umbilicus through eight extraordinary meridians and twelve regular channels. The umbilicus is the golden point and taiji point of body, which has a higher level of information holography in addition to biological structural holographic features. Umbilical therapy can not only work through the acquired channels, but also produce unique effects by inspiring congenital qi. At present, various umbilical therapy methods are flourishing in China, and there are many achievements. The article attempts to introduce the connotation of Chinese medicine and common application of umbilical therapy from the theoretical level.
