摘　　要：老年抑郁症是发生在老年期以情绪低落为主要临床表现的一类疾病,当代医家多认为肝失疏泄为本病的主要病机,治疗上也多以疏肝为法,然而根据老年人的生理病理特点,笔者认为本病的发生发展与肾密切相关,文章试从老年抑郁症的生理病理、治疗等方面,对从肾论治老年抑郁症进行了简要的论述。Senile depression occurs in the elderly with depression as the main clinical manifestations of a disease, contemporary physicians believe that liver loss and discharge as the main pathogenesis of the disease, treatment is also mostly to soothe the liver for the method, but according to the physiological and pathological characteristics of the elderly, the authors believe that the occurrence and development of the disease is closely related to the kidney, this article tries from the elderly. The physiological pathology and treatment of senile depression are briefly discussed in this paper.
