摘 要:目的:观察糖网1号方对糖尿病大鼠视网膜神经细胞的保护作用。方法:25只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、治疗组、对照组各6只,模型组7只,链脲佐菌素腹腔注射诱导实验性糖尿病大鼠模型,治疗组和对照组分别给予糖网1号方和多贝斯干预治疗,实验周期9个月,通过光镜和电镜观察大鼠视网膜各层的形态和超微结构变化。结果:与模型组和对照组比较,治疗组大鼠视网膜各层排列较整齐,部分神经节细胞发生核固缩,内、外丛状层排列较完整、紧密,感光细胞外节空泡样改变明显减轻。结论:实验性糖尿病大鼠的视网膜神经细胞发生明显的病理性损害,糖网1号方对糖尿病大鼠视网膜神经细胞具有一定的保护作用。Objective: To study the protective effect of No.1 Diabetic Retinopathy Decoction (N1DRD) on the retinal nerve ceils of diabetic rats. Methods: Twenty-five SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group (6 rats), model group (7 rats), treatment group (6 rats) and positive control group (6 rats). The diabetic rat models were established with intraperitoneal injection of streptozotoein (STZ). Rats in treatment group were treated with N1DRD and positive control group were treated with Calcium Dobesilate Capsules. After 9 months, morphological and ultrastructural changes of retinal nerve cells were observed by optical microscope and electron microscopy. Results: Compared with model and positive control group, the treatment group rats' retinal layers were arranged in order, and some ganglion cells hadnucleus pyknosis. The arrangement of inner and outer plexiform layers was more complete and compact, and changes of external cavitation pattern on photoreceptor cells were obviously reduced. Conclusion: There is obvious pathological damage of retinal nerve cells in experimental diabetic rats. NIDRD has a protective effect on the retinal tissue of diabetic rats.
