国医大师徐景藩运用泄木安土法治疗胆囊切除术后腹泻经验

摘　　要：胆囊切除术后腹泻是胆囊切除术后最常见的并发症,且近年来发病率呈明显上升趋势,西医治疗方法有限、效果欠佳、病情反复,中医药对于本病的治疗优势日益凸显。国医大师徐景藩教授为我国著名中医脾胃病学家,悬壶数十载,对本病的诊治积累了丰富的经验,徐教授认为追溯病史、整体辨析可知实则因"肝"而起,病机乃"肝风内扰脾胃、寒热虚实错杂",宜用清代名医叶天士所创"泄木安土"之治法,结合"治未病"理念指导调摄,临床疗效尚佳的同时能显著提高胆囊切除术后腹泻患者的生活质量。Post-cholecystectomy diarrhea is the most common complication after cholecystectomy, and the incidence rate has significantly increased in recent years. Western medicine treatment of the disease has its limitations, poor curative effect and recurrence, which makes the advantage of TCM treatment even more prominent, Professor XU Jing-fan is a famous TCM master in gastroenterology who has been practicing TCM for decades, and has accumulated rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of this disease. Professor XU thinks that when tracing back the medical history with an overall analysis, it will find that the cause of the disease is rooted in ＇liver＇, and the pathogenesis is that ＇the spleen and stomach are disturbed by liver wind, mingled with heat and cold, deficiency and excess＇, it is suggested to be treated with invigorating the spleen and dispersing the stagnated liver-energy, which was created by YE Tian-shi, a famous doctor in the Qing dynasty, and combining with the concept of ＇preventive treatment of disease＇. It has been proved to significantly improve clinical efficiency as well as the life quality of patients with post-cholecystectomy diarrhea.
