摘　　要：文章介绍了范永升教授治疗IgA肾病临床经验。范永升教授认为,IgA肾病病因病机复杂,缠绵难愈,治疗上当分急性发作和慢性迁延两期论治,予宣肺利咽、疏风解表,并行健脾滋肾、益气固表。同时介绍病累及其他脏腑所出现的相关兼证的治疗经验。概括其法为固表强里、通养结合。并列举医案一则,以飨同道。This paper introduces professor FAN Yong-sheng＇s clinical experience in treating IgA nephropathy. Professor FAN Yong-sheng thinks that the etiology and pathogenesis of IgA nephropathy are complicated and hard to be cured, the treatment should be divided into two phases： acute attack and chronic delay, by ventilating lung qi for relieving sore throat, dispelling the wind for relieving superficies syndromes, meanwhile, invigorating the spleen and nourishing the kidney, invigorating qi for consolidating superficies. At the same time, it introduces the relevant treatment experience of disease involving other zang- fu viscera. The methods are summarized as consolidating superficies and interior, combining the dredging and tonifying. And a medical record is provided to share his experience with others.
