邵经明治疗乳少经验浅析

摘　　要：邵经明教授临证常取2～4穴,即取得很好疗效。邵教授认为乳少分虚实两类,主要由气血不足和肝气郁结引起,治疗以补益气血和疏肝解郁为原则,取穴以膻中、乳根、少泽3穴为主穴,虚证配脾俞、足三里;实证配肝俞、肩井。邵教授平时很重视针刺手法,他认为膻中、乳根穴特殊的针刺手法是本病取得好疗效的关键。同时配合中药治疗及心理疏导,疗效颇佳。Professor SHAO Jing-ming often got 2 to 4 points in the clinic and amazing results were often achieved. SHAO always thought that hypogalactia should be divided into two categories of deficiency and excess syndrome, which is mainly caused by deficiency of qi and blood and the stagnation of liver qi. The treatment should be beneficial to qi and blood and regulating the liver. He chose Danzhong （CV17）, Rugen （ST18）, Shaoze （SI1） three points as main points, deficiency syndrome with Pishu （BL20）, Zhusanli （ST36） and excess syndrome with Ganshu （BL18）, Jianjing （GB21）. He always attached great importance to acupuncture technique, and he deemed that the acupuncture techniques of Danzhong （CV17） and Rugen （ST18） were the key to achieve good curative effect. At the same time, combined with Chinese medicine treatment and psychological treatment, the effect is quite good.
