近5年关于干眼症的中医药实验研究新进展

摘　　要：目前干眼症的病因与发病机制尚未完全阐明,主要与炎症、细胞凋亡、性激素失衡及神经调控障碍等有关。干眼症治疗多采取眼局部治疗为主,如人工泪液、环孢素滴眼液等,有时需要性激素、免疫抑制剂等全身治疗或者手术如自体下颌下腺移植等治疗,给患者带来极大痛苦及严重并发症。中医药防治干眼症具有优势,除辨证施治服用中药汤剂外,尚可辅助针灸、推拿、按摩、熏蒸、热敷、直流电离子导入等方法,且无明显不良反应。近5年来中医药防治干眼症的实验研究也取得较大进展,如单味中药及提取物、复方中药汤剂、中成药制剂、针刺、电针或针药结合以及中药滴眼液等从多靶点、多环节、多途径探讨防治干眼症的作用机制。并随着科研成果的开发应用,将会出现防治干眼症的专药如清润养目口服液、润目灵颗粒等应用于临床。文章着重从实验研究方面对近5年来中医药防治干眼症的研究进展进行综述,为临床工作提供更多的科学依据,同时启发新的研究思路,将来能更好地为干眼症患者服务。At present, the etiology and pathogenesis of xerophthalmia has not been fully elucidated, which is mainly related to inflammation, apoptosis, sex hormone disorders and neurological disorders. The treatment of xerophthalmia treatment usually adopts local treatment such as artificial tears and cyclosporine eye drops, and sometimes it needs sex hormones, immunosuppressive agents and other systemic treatment or surgery including autologous submandibular gland transplantation and other treatment that brings great pain and serious complication to patients. The prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in xerophthalmia has obvious advantages, besides syndrome differentiation and traditional Chinese medicine decoction, it can also be assisted by acupuncture and moxibustion, tuina, fumigation, hot compress, direct current ion implantation and other methods with no significant adverse reactions or side effects. In recent years, the prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in xerophthalmia has made great progress, single herbs and extracts, compound Chinese medicine decoction, proprietary Chinese medicine preparation, acupuncture, electro acupuncture or acupuncture and medicine and Chinese herbal eye drops from multi-target, multiple links, multi-way to explore the mechanism of prevention and treatment of xerophthalmia. With the development and application of scientific research, there will be drugs such as Qingrun Yanymu Oral Liquid, Runmuling Granule used in clinical treatment and rehabilitation of patients with more choices and convenience. This paper focuses on the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of xerophthalmia in recent five years, summarizes the experience, provides reference for future scientific research work, provides more scientific basis for clinical work, and inspires new research ideas, so as to offer better service for patients with xerophthalmia.
