摘 要:文章总结中医药典籍《伤寒论》中药汤剂的制备形式,以期综合利用现代制备技术,更好地挖掘传承优秀文化;通过直观学习研读《伤寒论》,参考历代中医药学家对该著作的注释和解读以及现代研究,从汤剂煎药时间的角度整理解读典籍;《伤寒论》汤剂制备的煎药时间与处方用量、辨证用药、方剂功效、特殊煎法等息息相关,与现代煎药要求有所区别;典籍记载的汤剂煎药时间因证、因方、因病、因药有别,在保证汤剂质量,提高中药疗效方面具有重要意义,先煎后下特色明显,值得我们全方面加快典籍制备汤剂的整理开发,采纳吸收,有助于推动中医药学术的传承与发展。This paper summarized the preparation form of traditional Chinese medicine decoctions in Shanghan Lun, a classic of Chinese medicine, to make comprehensive use of modern preparation technology, and better to explore and inherit excellent culture. Through the intuitive study of Shanghan Lun, referring to the annotation and interpretation of this work by the Chinese medicine experts of the past dynasties as well as modem research, we could understand the classics from the perspective of decoction time. The time of preparation of decoction in Shanghan Lun was closely related to prescription dosage, syndrome differentiation of drug use, prescription efficacy, special decoction method and so on, which had a difference in the requirements of modern decoction. The time of decoction recorded in classics is different according to syndromes, prescriptions, diseases and drugs, which is of great significance in guaranteeing decoction quality and improving the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine, and of characteristic in decocted earlier and decocted later. It is worthwhile for us to speed up the processing and development of classical decoction preparation in all aspects, and to adopt and absorb it, which is conducive to promoting the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine.
