摘 要:目的:观察外部连接固定系统诱导的"椎骨错缝"模型大鼠疼痛行为学及其脊髓背角C纤维电活动长时程增强(LTP)变化。方法:128只SD大鼠随机分为4组:实验组、对照组、假手术组及空白组,每组32只。实验组采用外部连接固定系统诱导的"椎骨错缝"大鼠模型。对照组仅安置椎体连接,不进行外部固定。假手术组仅行手术干预,不进行支架安置。空白组不做任何处理。各组再按干预时间1、2、4和8周均分为4个亚组,各亚组干预时间结束,观察大鼠疼痛行为学和LTP。结果:随着造模时间延长实验组痛阈呈现出下降趋势而LTP呈现出增长趋势,4、8周时间点时热刺激缩足反射期及LTP与对照组出现明显差异(P﹤0.05)。结论:外部连接固定系统诱导的"椎骨错缝"模型大鼠出现疼痛。Objective: To observe 'mild malposition of vertebra and joint' rat model on pain and long-term potentiation discharge of spine cord C fiber by external connection fixation system. Methods: A total of 128 male SD rats were randomly allocated into experimental group, control group, sham-operation group, and blank control group, 32 rats in each group. The experimental group used a 'mild malposition of vertebra and joint' rat model induced by an external connection fixation system. In the control group, only the vertebral body connection was placed, and no external fixation was performed. The sham operation group only performed surgical intervention without stent placement. The blank group did nothing. Each group contains four subgroups of 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, and 8 weeks, respectively according to the externally linked fixation time. At the end of each subgroup intervention time, pain behavior and LTP were observed in rats. Results: With the prolongation of modeling time, the pain threshold of the experimental group showed a downward trend and LTP showed a growth trend. At the 4th and 8th week, the heat-stimulated pinched foot reflex period and LTP were significantly different from the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Rats with 'mild malposition of vertebra and joint' models induced by external attachment fixation system can develop pain.
