浅议青蒿鳖甲汤在阴虚内热型癌性发热治疗中的运用

摘　　要：癌性发热是影响癌症患者生活质量的一个重要的因素,中医学认为癌性发热为"内伤发热"。癌性发热的病因病机纷繁复杂,但总而言之不外由于人体脏腑功能衰退、气血阴阳不足,加之以外邪乘虚而入,可见实证、虚证、虚实夹杂证三类。多数患者低热缠绵不退,骨蒸潮热盗汗明显,辨证属热伏阴分。青蒿鳖甲汤养阴与透邪并进,具有透达伏阴之热功效,方药对证。现代药理研究证实其组方药物的有效成分有良好的解热作用,临床疗效亦确切满意,因而被广泛应用于阴虚内热型癌性发热的治疗中。Cancerous fever is an important factor which influences the quality of cancer patients＇ life, and traditional Chinese medicine holds the view that cancerous fever is ＇internal heat＇. The pathogenesis of cancerous fever contains shortage of viscera function, decline of qi, blood, yin and yang, invasion of exogenous evil, leading to excess, deficiency or intermingled syndrome. Most of the patients with low grade fever are retreated lingering, bone steaming hot flashes night sweats. Qinghao Biejia Decoction is created for nourishing yin and clearing heat, in accordance with the clinical symptoms. Pharmacological research proves that its effective components have good effect on fever and the clinical efficacy is also satisfactory. Therefore, it is widely used in the treatment of cancerous fever.
