摘  要:目的:研究温针加电治疗法在减轻增生性瘢痕形成中的作用机制。方法:建立兔耳增生性瘢痕动物模型,造模成功后将实验兔子的左耳做作为温针加电治疗组,右耳作为对照组,给予相应处理3个疗程后,观察瘢痕组织形态学及白介素-10(IL-10)的变化。结果:与空白对照组比较,第1、2、3疗程后治疗组的瘢痕量表评分均显著降低(P﹤0.05,P﹤0.01)。治疗后,瘢痕组织内IL-10含量升高(P﹤0.05),HE染色在光镜下观察,发现温针加电可以改善成纤维细胞增生及炎性细胞浸润。结论:温针加电治疗可能通过提高瘢痕组织内IL-10的含量来减轻瘢痕。Objective: To study the mechanism of warming needle with electricity therapy in alleviating hypertrophic scar formation. Methods: After the rabbit ear hypertrophic scar animal model was established successfully, the rabbit's left ear was used as warming needle with electricity treatment group, while the right ear was used as control group, then the changes of scar tissue morphology and interleukin 10 (IL-10) was observed after 3 treatment courses. Results: Compared with the blank control group, the scar scale score in the treatment group decreased aflerl, 2 and 3 courses of treatment ((P〈0.05, P〈0.01), After treatment, the content of IL-10 in scar tissue increased (P〈0.05), the fibroblast proliferation and the inflammatory cell infiltration were improved by warming needle with electricity under HE staining light microscopy. Conclusion: The warming needle with electricity could be used to reduce the hypertrophic scar through increasing the content of IL-10 in the scar tissue.
