痹祺胶囊联合充气颈托固定治疗颈椎早期病变的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察痹祺胶囊联合充气颈托固定治疗颈椎早期病变的临床疗效。方法:选择华北理工大学附属医院就诊的60例颈椎病早期、低年龄段患者按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组以痹祺胶囊(4粒,3次/d)口服,并用充气颈托固定(30min,3次/d),并联合颈部红外线治疗仪理疗15min,2次/d治疗。对照组以洛芬待因缓释片(1片,1次/d)口服并联合充气颈托和颈部红外线治疗仪理疗15min,2次/d治疗,两组疗程均为28d。采用McGill简化量表积分值评价治疗前及治疗后第7、14、21、28天颈部酸痛改善情况。观察治疗期间颈项肌肉僵硬改善时间,颈椎生理曲度变直恢复时间并进行比较。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组治疗过程中McGill简化量表积分变化、颈部肌肉僵硬缓解及生理曲度变直恢复时间均显著减少(P﹤0.05),治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:痹祺胶囊联合充气颈托固定是一种简单、快速、有效的治疗颈椎早期病变的临床治疗方法。Objective： To observe the Biqi Capsules＇ clinical effect when it combined with pneumatic neck support in the treatment of early pathological changes of cervical spondylosis. Methods： Sixty cases of early cervical spondylosis were divided into treatment group and control group. The patients in the treatment group were given oral Biqi Capsules （4 Capsules, 3times/day） and inflation bracket （30 minutes, 3times/day）, combined with the neck infrared instrument therapy （15min, 2times/day） treatment. The control group was treated with oral ibuprofen iustained-release tablets （1 tablet, ltime/day） and combined with inflatable neck and neck-infrared therapeutic apparatus for 15minutes, 2times/day. Both groups have a time of treatment for 28 days. The McGill simplified integral score was used to evaluate the improvement of neck pain before treatment and after treatment 7, 14, 21and 28 days. The improvement time of cervical muscular stiffness and the recovery time of cervical physiological curvature were observed and compared. Results： Compared with control group, the simplified McGill pain questionnaire, the relief of neck muscle stiffness and the recovery time of physiological curvature in treatment group were decreased （P〈0.05）, the treatment group was discovered significantly better than the control group. Conclusion： Biqi Capsules combined with inflatable neck is an easily, quick and effective treatment for improving the early pathological changes of cervical spondylosis
