摘  要:针对逆变电源功耗高、电能转换率低的缺点,以低功耗、高速的STM32处理器为核心,设计一款三相正弦波交流电源,输出正弦信号频率为50 Hz,负载Y型连接时线电压有效值可达24 V,负载线电流有效值最大为2 A。系统由三相逆变驱动主电路、滤波电路、STM32最小系统、信号隔离电路、正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)信号发生器、电压和电流测量电路和LCD显示等功能电路组成。测试结果表明,室温下输入直流电压为36 V,负载线电流有效值I_o在0~2 A间变化时,各相负载调整率不大于0.3%,电能转换效率可达88%。In view of the disadvantages of high power consumption and low conversion rate of the inverter power supply,athree-phase sine wave AC power supply was designed based on the STM32 processorwith the advantage of low power consumption and high speed. The frequency of its output sinusoidal signal was 50 Hz. When the load connection wasstarload connection,the effective value of line voltage could reach 24 V,and the maximum effective value of the load line current was 2 A. The system was composed of three-phase inverter drive main circuit,filter circuit,STM32 minimum system,signal isolation circuit,sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) signal generator,voltage and current measurement circuit,and LCD display circuit. The test results showthat when the input DC voltageis set at 36 V at room temperature and the effective value of the load line currentIovaries between 0~2 A,the load regulation rate of each phaseisless than 0.3%,and the conversion efficiency of electric energy can reach 88%.
