摘 要:为了更加便捷地采集国产高档数控系统的可靠性数据,为国产数控系统可靠性研究提供数据来源,提出了基于Android的数控系统可靠性数据采集系统。在Android嵌入式终端上实现了对数控系统可靠性数据的采集、处理和上传至远程服务器。Android采集软件使用了多线程技术,数据采集和发送同步进行。使用Android NDK(Native Development Kit)技术将数据采集协议封装到.so动态库中,通过机床DNC(Distributed Numerical Control)接口采集数控系统可靠性数据,然后通过4G移动网络把数据发送到远程服务器。经过验证,系统实现了数控系统可靠性数据的多地域、分布式采集。程序运行稳定,在网络状况不佳情况下,也能保证数据采集稳定。In order to collect the reliability data of the domestic high-end CNC system more conveniently and provide data sources for the reliability research of the domestic CNC system,a reliability data acquisition system of CNC system based on Android for was proposed.On the Android embedded terminal,the acquisition,processing and uploading to the remote server of the reliability data of the CNC system were realized. Android acquisition software usedthe multithreading technology to achieve the data acquisition and transmission synchronization. Using Android NDK (Native Development Kit) technology, the data acquisition protocol was encapsulated in the. so dynamic library. The reliability data of CNC system were collected through the machine DNC (Distributed Numerical Control) interface,and then the data was sent to the remote server through the 4G mobile network. After verification,the system realized the multi region and distributed acquisition of the reliability data of the CNC system. The operation of the program was stable,and the data acquisition was ensured to be still stable even under the condition of poor network.
