摘 要:为预测轴承的剩余工作寿命,分析了列车牵引电机轴承预紧量对轴承结构和动力学特征的影响,针对单个轴承个体,从轴承的各个寿命阶段研究了轴承可能发生的失效原因以及对应的轴承预紧量特征。利用ANSYS动力学仿真分析得出轴承的固有频率会随着轴承预紧量的减小而降低。结合预紧量与轴承接触应力的关系,提出了基于预紧量变化的轴承寿命预测方法。监测轴承振动频率来判断轴承预紧量的变化,可以对牵引电机轴承个体进行寿命预测。In order to predict the remaining working life of the bearing, the influence of traction motor bearing preload on bearing structure and dynamics characteristics was analyzed. In view of the individual bearing, the possible failure reasons and the corresponding preload characteristics of bearing were studied from the life stages. Through the ANSYS dynamics simulation analysis, it was concluded that the bearing natural frequency decreases with the preload decreases of the bearing. Based on the relationship between preload and bearing contact stress, a prediction method of bearing life based on preload variation was put forward. By monitoring the bearing vibration frequency to judge the change of the preload of bearings, the individual life of the traction motor bearings was predicted.
