摘　　要：本文以高压直流输电MACH2控制保护系统原理为例,介绍了MACH2控制保护系统主要结构。通过2018年4月22号500kV江陵换流站交流滤波器进线断路器倒闸过程中,断路器发生的拒动故障,分析了控制部分软件逻辑、对断路器位置的信号回路进行了解析、通过多种检修试验手段,判断出了故障的根本原因是CAN总线传输故障。采用MCfeeder软件对CAN总线上的数据进行了监视。查找出了故障板卡,最终消除了故障。典型、全面、系统的故障分析,对高压直流输电MACH2控制保护系统的研究很有启发意义。The paper takes MACH2 control protection system principle of high vohage DC transmission as an example,present the main structure of MACH2 control protection system. Failuke to actuate of the circuit breaker during the back brake of AC filer inlet wire circuit brenker,analyze software logic of the control parts and analysis to the signal loop of the circuit breaker position. By many repair and test ways,prove that the main reason of fault is CAN bus trausmission failure. Adopt MC feeder software to monitor the data in CAN bus,finding out fault plate,at last eliminating fault. The failure andysis of type,overall and system has inspired meaning of high voltage DC transmission MACH2 control protection system.
