摘 要:当前,信息系统愈发趋向于数字化、智能化、复杂化、深度化。用于军事、航天、金融等领域的复杂信息系统体系和架构也逐渐变得非常庞大、复杂。如何有序、合理地设计一款复杂信息系统界面成为了摆在相关设计人员面前的一道难题。与此同时,近两年服务设计理念方法论的发展及应用案例,也让人看到其先进理念在解决系统工程上的有效及合理性。文章的研究目的,是为了对服务设计现存的先进理念进行归纳和研究,并针对复杂信息系统界面设计时所遇到的系统多样性、任务复杂性、信息复杂性难题,提出相应的解决策略。为今后复杂系统界面的设计流程和设计思路提供新的参考。At present, information systems increasingly tend to be digital, intelligent, complicated, and in-depth. The system architecture of complex information systems that used in the military, aerospace, and financial fields are gradually becoming very large and complex. How to design a complex information system interface orderly and rationally has become a difficult problem for related designers. At the same time, the development and application of the service design concept methodology has also seen the effectiveness and rationality of its advanced concepts in solving system engineering. The research purpose of the article is to summarize and research the existing advanced concepts of service design, and to address the system diversity, task complexity, and information complexity encountered in the interface design of complex information systems, and propose corresponding solutions. Provides a new reference for design flow and design ideas for complex system interfaces in the future.
