学龄前肥胖儿童血清维生素A、E水平分析

摘　　要：目的了解学龄前肥胖儿童维生素A、E营养状况，分析其与肥胖发生的相关性。方法选择超重29例及肥胖儿童21例、体重正常儿童50例，分别设为超重组、肥胖组和对照组。采集静脉血，测定血清维生素A、E水平。结果3组儿童血清维生素A、E水平比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），超重组和肥胖组儿童血清维生素A水平明显低于对照组（P〈0．05），肥胖组儿童维生素E水平较对照组明显降低（P〈0．05），肥胖组维生素E不足率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）；血清维生素A、E水平均与BMI呈负相关（r=-0．395，P〈0．05；r=-0．374，P〈0．05）。结论维生素A、E水平在超重及肥胖儿童中显著降低，这可能与学龄前儿童肥胖的发生相关。Objective To investigate the nutritional state of vitamin A and E in obese pre - school children and to analyze the relationship between vitamin A and E and obesity. Methods A total of 50 overweight or obese children were divided into overweight group （n = 29） and obesity group （n = 21 ） , and 50 healthy children were divided into control group. The venous blood was collected to detect the content of vitamin A and E. Results There was statistical difference in serum levels of vitamin A and E among the three groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Serum levels of vitamin A in overweight and obe- sity groups were significantly lower than that in the controls （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The level of vitamin E in obesity group was sig- nificantly decreased compared with control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The vitamin E insufficiency rate in obesity group was sig- nificantly higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Serum levels of vitamin A and E were negatively correlated with BMI （ r = - 0. 395, P 〈 0.05 ; r = - 0. 374,P 〈 0.05 ）. Condusions Serum levels of vitamin A and E in overweight and obese children are significantly decreased,which might be associated with obesity in pre- school children.
