45例稽留流产患者PDCD4、PDCD5蛋白表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨并分析程序性细胞死亡因子4（PDCD4）、PDCD5表达与稽留流产的关系和临床意义。方法将纳入的稽留流产患者45例为观察组，选取同期的50例正常妊娠行人工流产手术者作为对照组。采用免疫组织化学染色法检测2组蜕膜组织和绒毛组织的PDCD4、PDCD5表达。结果观察组在蜕膜和绒毛组织中的PDCD4表达明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。观察组在蜕膜和绒毛组织中的PDCD5表达明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。观察组中PDCD4表达与PDCD5的表达呈负相关性（r=-0．79，P〈0．05）。结论稽留流产与PDCD4和PDCD5的异常表达有关。Objective To explore and analyze the relationship between programmed cell death （PDCD） 4 and PD- CD5 expression and missed abortion and its clinical significance. Methods A total of 45 missed abortion patients were included as an observation group, while another 50 normal abortion women were selected as a control group. The expres- sion of PDCD4 and PDCD5 in the decidua and villi of both groups were detected by immunohistoehemical staining. Re- suits The observation group showed remarkably reduced levels of PDCD4 but markedly increased levels of PDCD5 in the decidua and villi compared with the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression of PDCD4 and PDCD5 in the observation group was negatively correlated （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Missed abortion is associated with abnormal expression of PDCD4 and PDCDS.
