摘　　要：美国可以通过贸易战在形式上削减中美贸易逆差，但无法解决其总体贸易逆差的问题，这是美国经济的结构性特征所决定的。一味忍让只会带来更多更不合理的要求。只有我们稳定信心，做好相关改革，释放经济活力，提升经济发展的可持续性，才能更好地在与美国的贸易谈判中获取优势.The United States may be able, via a trade war, to reduce its trade deficit with China, yet the overall trade deficit will remain a prob em for the US which is determined by the structural characteristics of the US economy. Blind tolerance will only invite more and more unreasonable requirements. Only when we keep our confidence, promote relevant reforms, unleash economic vitalities and enhance the sustainability of economic development, can we gain advantage in the trade negotiations with the United States.
