摘  要:以某电厂逆流式自然通风冷却塔为研究对象,采用数值模拟方法对雨区水滴粒径大小的选取进行探究。针对过往研究中雨区水滴采用单一粒径不能同时兼顾热力特性和阻力特性准确性的不足,提出采用高斯分布粒径来实现DPM模型的数值模拟。通过将单一粒径、均匀分布粒径和高斯分布粒径3种设置条件下的数值模拟结果与冷却塔实测工况进行对比,结果表明粒径呈高斯分布的数值模拟能够更好的反映实测雨区的热力和阻力特性。A numerical simulation method is used to explore the diameter of water droplets in the rain zone of a natural draft counter flow wet cooling tower. The Gauss distribution is proposed to guide into the diameter of water droplets in the Discrete Phase Model because the single particle size of the water droplets in the rain zone can not simultaneously satisfy the computational accuracy of the thermal performance and the drag characteristic of the cooling tower. By comparing the numerical simulation results of the single particle size,the Uniform distribution and the Gauss distribution with the field condition of the cooling tower,the Gauss distribution can better reflect the thermal performance and the drag characteristic of the rain zone.
