摘  要:目的评价胆固醇转运蛋白(CETP)基因Taq IB位点多态性与血脂水平的关系及对他汀药物疗效的影响。方法在数据库中检索,获取CETP基因Taq IB位点与血脂水平及他汀药物疗效关系的文献,筛选文献后数据提取,用Review Manager5. 3软件进行Meta分析。结果 B2等位基因携带者个体HDL-C水平明显高于B1B1基因型个体,差异有统计学意义(B1B2:Z=6. 17,P <0. 01; B2B2:Z=10. 05,P <0. 01),3种基因型他汀药物治疗前后的LDL-C水平改变差异无统计学意义(B1B2:Z=1. 86,P=0. 06; B2B2:Z=0. 12,P=0. 91)。结论 CETP基因Taq IB位点多态性对HDL-C水平有显著影响,但对他汀疗效的影响仍需进一步研究证实。Objective To assess the correlation between CETP Taq IB gene polymorphism and blood lipid, drug efficacy to statins. Methods The computer search includs PubMed, Cochrane Library, CNKI, WFSD and CBM. We obtained the associated literatures by retrieving in the database, and then screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Meta-analysis was performed by RevMan 5.3 following quality assessment and data extraction. Results The levels of HDL-C were significantly different between the B2 allele carriers and the B1B1 genetype carriers(B1B2: Z =6.17, P 〈0.01;B2B2: Z =10.05, P 〈0.01). After statins treatment, the reduction of LDL-C levels between the genentype of B1B1,B1B2,B2B2 had no statistically significant difference(B1B2: Z =1.86, P =0.06;B2B2: Z = 0.12, P =0.91). Conclusion CETP Taq IB gene polymorphism was significantly associated with the HDL-C level. The existence of correlation between CETP Taq IB gene polymorphism and drug efficacy to statins needs further evidence.
