摘  要:针对目前国内热成像系统的两种测量方法进行简要总结,面对红外成像系统检测的工程化要求,选择精度较高,但是测量时间较长的信号传递函数(Si TF)方法,通过优化测量步骤,改进图像测量算法,大幅缩减检测时间,经过两次不同环境温度下的测量,得到的测量结果稳定性好,重复性好。该方法为噪声等效温差NETD工程化测量提供了有效手段。Two methods of NETD-testing for the thermal infrared imager are briefly smnmarized in the paper. In need of NETD measurement in engineering, the SiTF method with higher accuracy but longer measuring time is adopted. Through the effort of optinfizing the measurement steps and improving the image measurement algorithm, the measuring time is significantly reduced. Two measuremlents have been taken at different ambient temperatures, and the measurement results are stable and repeatable. The improved SiTF method provides an effective means for NETD engi- neering nleasurenlent.
