摘  要:核壳聚合物增韧环氧树脂的增韧效果与其在环氧树脂中的分散程度有关,当核壳聚合物分散到初级粒子状态时,其增韧效果最佳。通过采用双螺杆挤出机与乳化机,分别对核壳聚合物在高玻璃化温度环氧树脂中的分散效果进行研究。结果发现,乳化机能使核壳聚合物分散成初级粒子状态,得到更好的性能。Toughening effect of the core-shell polymers in epoxy system depends on the extent of its dis-persion, and good toughness is commonly achieved when it is dispersed in form of the primary particles.By means of studying the different dispersion effects of core-shell polymer in high glass transition tem-perature epoxy matrix respectively through a twin screw extruder and a homogenizer, it was found thatthe homogenizer can disperse the core-shell polymer into primary particles, and simultaneously result inbetter properties.
