摘 要:在采用化学开孔剂的发泡配方中,引入硅烷偶联剂改性的纳米高岭土(改性高岭土)制备了开孔型聚氨酯硬泡。研究了改性高岭土对开孔型聚氨酯硬泡开孔率、泡孔结构、表观密度和压缩性能的影响。结果表明,泡沫的开孔率随着改性高岭土用量的增加而提高。当改性高岭土的用量为4 php(每百份聚醚多元醇的质量分数)时,泡沫的开孔率从未加改性高岭土时的83. 9%升高至92. 9%,泡孔平均直径降至213. 9μm,压缩强度达到146. 4 kPa,提高了73%。In the foaming formulation using chemical cell opener,silane coupling agent modified kaolin(modified kaolin) was introduced to prepare open cell rigid polyurethane foam(ORPUF). The open cell rate,cellular structure,apparent density and compressive strength of the foams were tested in order to investigate the effect of modified kaolin on ORPUF. The results showed that the open cell rate of ORPUF increased from 83. 9% to 92. 9% with the content of modified kaolin. Meanwhile,the average cell diameter of ORPUF decreased to 213. 9 μm and the compressive strength increased by 73% and up to146. 4 k Pa when the amount of organic modified kaolin was 4 php( parts per hundred of polyol by mass).
