摘 要:针对传统钢制储油罐计量工程低精度、低效率、容易受到人为因素、环境因素影响的缺点,利用雷达液位计、RFID技术、触摸屏和上位机管理软件相结合的设计方案,实现了钢制储罐贮油量精确计量、实时信息显示以及数据回传管理,具有稳定性好、效率高、造价低等诸多优势。该设计可以自动地对单个储油罐的贮油量准确快速检测,也可以对多个储油罐的油量进行累加,为油库的盘库系统建立基础,对企业的科学决策和信息化建设具有重要的现实意义。In view of that low accuracy,low efficiency,the shortcoming of the metering engineer of the traditional steel oil storage tank metering project,it is easy to be influenced by human factors and environmental factor,and utilizes the radar level gauge,the RFID technology,the touch screen and the upper machine management software to realize the precise metering,real-time information display and data back transmission management,which has the advantages of good stability,high efficiency,low cost,etc.The design is designed to automatically test the reservoir of oil in a single tank,and it can also be used to put a load of oil in a number of storage tanks,and build a foundation for the coop system of the oil tank,and it has an important practical meaning to the scientific decision and informationization of the enterprise.
