摘 要:为了研究TBS在洗煤厂的粗煤泥分选工艺应用效果,以河曲晋神公司沙坪选煤厂为工程背景,基于TBS干扰沉降原理以及密度控制系统,采用TBS分选机替换螺旋分选机,优化原精煤洗选工艺,对比沙坪选煤厂优化前后分选工艺,分析优化后的工艺效果。结果表明:TBS粗煤泥分选机从整体上提升了分选工艺,优化了分选技术,提高了低灰精煤产率,提高了经济效益。In order to study the application effect of TBS in the coarse coal slurry sorting process of the coal washing plant, the Hequ Jinshen Shaping Coal Preparation Plant was used as the engineering background. Based on the TBS interference settlement principle and the density control system, the TBS sorting machine was used to replace the spiral sorting machine. The original clean coal washing process was optimized, comparing the separation process optimized before and after Shaping Coal Preparation Plant, and analyzing the optimized process effect, the results show that the TBS coarse slime separator improves the sorting process as a whole, optimizes the sorting technology, improves the yield of low-ash clean coal, and improves economic benefits.
