摘 要:运用Huybrechts线性组合算符和L.L.P幺正变换方法研究了非对称高斯受限势量子阱中弱耦合极化子基态结合能的性质.导出了弱耦合极化子的基态结合能随磁场的回旋频率和非对称高斯量子阱受限势的宽度的依赖关系.选择GaAs半导体材料进行数值计算,所得结果证实:磁场的回旋频率和高斯量子阱受限势的宽度是表征非对称高斯量子阱中弱耦合极化子基态结合能性质的重要的物理量.Using Huybrechts' s linear combination operator and L. L. P. unitary transformation methods,the ground state binding energy of weak coupling polaron in an asymmetrical Gaussian potential quantum well(AGPQW)was studied. The relations between the ground state binding energy of weak-coupling polaron with the cyclotron frequency of magnetic field and the width of the Gaussian confinement potential quantum well were derived. Selecting Ga As semiconductor material,numerical calculations were performed and the results show that the cyclotron frequency of magnetic field and the width of the Gaussian confinement potential quantum well are important physical quantities to characterize the properties of the ground state binding energy of the weak coupling polaron in the AGPQW.
