摘 要:在选用两次幺正变换与线性组合算符相结合的办法研究了半指数Ga As量子阱中弱耦合极化子基态能的杂质效应.得出半指数量子阱中耦合极化子基态能量随半指数量子阱受限势的两个正参数U0,σ和杂质因子β的依赖关系.结果表明:半指数量子阱的极化子的基态能随参量β和σ的增加而减少,随参量U0的增长而增大.Using the linear combination operator and two unitary transformation methods,the impurity effect of the ground state energy of weak coupling polaron in asymmetric semi-exponential quantum wells was studied. The relations of ground state energy of weakly coupled magnetopolaron with two positive parameters U0,σ and the impurity factor β of the semi-exponential quantum well confinement potential was obtained. Numerical calculations were performed and the results show that the ground state energy will decrease with increasing semi-exponential confinement potential parameter σ and the impurity factor β,whereas it will increase with increasing semi-exponential confinement potential parameter U0.
