摘  要:建立动物模型是研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病重要技术手段之一。目前建立慢性阻塞性肺疾病的动物模型有很多种,但其评价方式却是多种多样的。笔者对慢性阻塞性肺疾病动物模型评价体系进行综述,包括主要评价体系如病理切片和肺功能,还有能够提示建模成功的炎性细胞水平如中性粒细胞水平、巨噬细胞水平和T淋巴细胞水平等,也对一些炎性介质水平的增高进行了评价如MMP/TIMP、IL-8和IL-4,此外还纳入了较新的评价方法如超极化气体^(129)X核磁气血交换动力学胸部检测。Establishment of animal models is one of the important technical methods for studying chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). At present,there are many kinds of animal models for COPD,but the evaluation methods are not unified. We review the evaluation system of COPD animal model. The main evaluation system is pathological section and pulmonary function. Inflammatory cell levels such as neutrophils,macrophage and T lymphocytes also can indicate the successful development of an COPD animal model. Elevated levels of some inflammatory mediators such as MMP/TIMP,IL-8 and IL-4 were evaluated. Besides,some new evaluation methods such as hyperpolarized gas^(129)X magnetic resonance are also elucidated.
