摘　　要：目的观察肾毒清灌肠液联合血液透析治疗急性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效及其对血清细胞因子的影响。方法 80例患者随机分为两组,对照组予以血液透析治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予以肾毒清灌肠液进行治疗,两组疗程均为4周。比较两组患者临床疗效、血清白介素-1(IL-1)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)表达水平、血肌酐(Scr)、微球蛋白(β2-MG)及尿素氮(BUN)水平。结果治疗组总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的82.50%(P<0.05);治疗组患者血清IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α水平较对照组降低更为显著(P<0.05);治疗组患者Scr、β2-MG及BUN水平降低较对照组更为显著(P<0.05)。结论肾毒清灌肠液联合血液透析疗法治疗急性肾功能衰竭效果明显。[Abstract] Objective： To discuss the clinical effect of Shenduqing Enema combined with hemodialysis treatment on acute renal tailure and its influence on Serum Cytokines. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The control group was given hemodialysis treatment. The treatment group was treated with Shenduqing Enema on the basis of the control group. The treatment course lasted for 4 weeks.After treatment,clinical efficacy and expression levels of serum IL-1 ,L-6,TNF-α,Ser, β2-MG and BUN were compared between the two groups. Results： The total efteetive rate in the treatment group was 95.00%,which washigher than 82.50% in the control group （P〈 0.05）. The expression levels of serum IL-1,L-6 and TNF-α in thetreatment group were improved more significantly,compared with those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The ex- pression levels of Scr, β2-MG and BUN in the treatment group were improved more significantly,compared with those of the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Shenduqing Enema combined with hemodialysis treatment is ettective on acute renal tailure.
