经筋挑刺治疗腰肌劳损急性发作的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察经筋挑刺治疗腰肌劳损急性发作的疗效。方法 90例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。观察组予以经筋挑刺治疗,对照组予以普通针刺治疗。于疗程开始前、疗程结束后记录所有患者的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及Oswestry功能障碍指数评分(ODI评分)以评价两组治疗的临床疗效,并计算每组的总有效率。结果两组治疗后VAS疼痛评分及ODI评分与本组治疗前比较均改善(均P<0.05);且治疗后观察组ODI评分优于对照组(P<0.05),而两组VAS疼痛评分差别不大(P>0.05)。观察组总有效率88.89%高于对照组的75.56%(P<0.05)。结论经筋挑刺及普通针刺均能有效缓解腰肌劳损患者的疼痛症状、改善腰部功能;在改善患者腰部功能及临床疗效方面,经筋挑刺疗法更优。Objective： To observe the curative ettect of tendon-nmscle picking therapy on lumbar muscle de- generation. Methods： 90 patients diagnosed with lumbar muscle degeneration were randomly divided into the ob- servation group and the control group,45 cases in each group. The observation group received tendon-muscle picking therapy and the control group was given ordinary acupuncture treatment. All patients VAS scores and Oswestry- disability- index scores （ODI score） were recorded betore and after the course of treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated,and the total ettective rate of each group was calculated. Results： The VAS pain scores and the ODI scores after treatment in the two groups were compared with those of the group be- fore treatment,and the ditterence was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. After the course of treatment, there was no significant ditterence in VAS pain scores between the two groups （P〉 0.05 ）, but there was significant difference in ODI scores between the two groups （P〈 0.05）. The total efficiency of the observation group was 88.89% ,the con- trol group 75.56% ,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Both tendon-muscle picking therapy and ordinars- acupunctm＇e can effectively relieve the pain of patient with lumbar muscle degenera- tion and improved their waist function. Tendon-muscle picking therapy is better than ordinary acupuncture in im- proving their waist tunction and clinical efficacy.
