通督调神针法对缺血性中风恢复期脑血流的影响

摘　　要：目的观察通督调神针法对缺血性中风恢复期脑血流的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法患者50例随机分为两组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上配合针刺通督调神法治疗,疗程15 d;观察两组患者治疗前后左侧大脑中动脉收缩期峰速、舒张期峰速、平均流速、搏动指数及阻力指数的变化。结果两组治疗后左侧大脑中动脉收缩期峰速、舒张期峰速、平均流速均高于治疗前(P<0.01),且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.01)。左侧大脑中动脉搏动指数、阻力指数方面,两组治疗前后比较及组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论常规治疗配合通督调神针法能够增加缺血性中风患者脑血流,安全有效。Objective： To observe the effect of Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture method on cerebral blood flow in the recovery period of ischemic stroke,and to discuss it mechanism Methods： 50 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group ,with 25 cases in each. The control group was given routine treat- ment;the treatment group was added Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture method on the basis. The treatment course lasted for 15 days. The following data was observed： arterial systolic velocity-, arterial diastolic velocity-,mean flow velocity-in left brain, pulsafility index and resistance index of the two groups before and after treatment. Results： After treatment, arterial systolic velocity, arterial diastolic velocity- and mean flow velocity- in left brain were higher than those before treatment（P〈 0.01） ,and the treatment group was higher than the control group（P〈 0.01 ）. There was no significant difference between the two groups in arterial pulsation index and resistance index before and after treatment （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion： Routine treatment combined with Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture can in- crease cerebral blood flow in patients with ischemic stroke,and is safe and effective.
