摘　　要：目的:蜣螂功能丰富,临床治症广泛。除了众所熟知的通二便之功,还可定惊痫,可清热解毒,可消肿散结,可拔毒生肌,可止血,可通经络而破癥瘕等。临床应用灵活,可单味取其功宏力专,亦可配伍他药以增强功效;即可外用亦可内服。然而宋元以来,多视蜣螂为峻厉之品,而不敢轻用于内科疾患,故多局限于疡科外治之中。现代《中药大词典》承袭某些本草著作的认识,认为蜣螂有毒,更使蜣螂的临床应用尤其是内服应用受到了巨大限制。因此,在这个谈毒色变的年代,蜣螂难以被临床医生正确认知和应用。据笔者多年对蜣螂的临床应用来看,无论外用内服均未发现所谓临床中毒症状,而且取得了良好治疗效果。为给蜣螂正名,故将笔者及临床各科相关文献报道案例进行整理,以证其疗效。The Catharsius molossus has abundant functions and wide clinical application. In addition to the well-known function of clearing urine and stools, it also has functions of calming convulsive epilepsy, clearing heat and detoxication, detumescence and dispersing knots, drawing out toxin and promoting granulation, stopping bleeding, dredging meridians and breaking abdominal mass, and so on. It is flexible in clinical application, and can be used alone or combined with other medicinals for enhancing the effect. It can be used externally or orally. However, since the Song and Yuan Dynasties, Catharsius molossus was mostly regarded as severe products, and rarely used in medical disorders, so they were mostly confined to the external treatment of ulcers. Modern Chinese Medicine Dictionary has inherited the knowledge of some medicinal works, holding that Catharsius molossus are poisonous, and the clinical application of Catharsius molossus, especially the oral use, is greatly restricted. Therefore, in this era afraid of toxins, Catharsius molossus are hard to be properly recognized and applied by clinicians. According to the author＇s many years of clinical application, no so-called clinical poisoning symptoms were found in both external and internal use, and good therapeutic effect has been achieved. In order to justify the Catharsius molossus, the cases reported by the author and the clinical literature were sorted out to prove its efficacy.
