摘　　要：薛芳教授是河北省首届十二大名医之一,其临床五十余载,治验颇丰,善仲景之法,结合后世用药经验,近参现代医学对疾病病理生理学认识,创立了许多临床有效的方剂,生地知母汤即是临床常用方剂之一,用于治疗临床多种常见病、慢性病和疑难杂病,效果显著。笔者旨在介绍生地知母汤的源流、组方特点及应用机理、加减运用和临床典型病例。Professor Xue Fang is one of the first twelve famous doctors in Hebei Province. He has more than fifty years of clinical experience, and is good at treatments of Zhang Zhong-jing . Combining with the medication experience in later generation and modern medical knowledge of pathophysiology, he has created many effective prescriptions in modern medicine. Sheng Di Zhi Mu Decoction is one of the commonly used prescriptions in clinic, which is used to treat many common diseases, chronic diseases and difficult and complicated diseases with remarkable effect. The purpose of this paper is to introduce the origin and development of Sheng Di Zhi Mu Decoction, the characteristics of its formulation and its application mechanism, the application and typical clinical cases.
