摘　　要：目的 :分析社区糖尿病高危人群筛查结果,为社区糖尿病防治提供依据。方法 :对通过现场问卷调查、体格检查和血糖检测初步筛查出的1301例糖尿病高危对象行OGTT试验,其中男性431例,平均年龄(60.9±14.2)岁;女性870例,平均年龄(57.7±12.8)岁。结果 :在1 301例初筛糖尿病高危对象中,检出糖尿病患者82例,检出率为6.30%;检出糖尿病前期患者114例,检出率8.76%。年龄、超重或肥胖与高血压史是糖尿病高危人群的主要危险因素,其中糖尿病的检出率随BMI的增加明显上升(χ_(趋势)~2=16.228,P<0.001)。结论 :糖尿病高危人群筛查能较好的发现糖尿病及糖尿病前期患者及其相关危险因素,对社区卫生服务中心加强居民健康教育,提高社区糖尿病综合防治水平,提升居民健康素养有积极意义。Objective： To analyze the screening results of the community diabetic high-risk population to provide evidence for prevention and treatment of diabetes in the community. Methods： OGTT test was performed on 1 301 cases of diabetes high-risk subjects screened out by questionnaire, physical examination and blood glucose test, among them, there were 431 males with an average age of （60.9±14.2） years old; 870 females with an average age of （57.7±12.8） years old. Results： Among 1 301 high-risk subjects screened for diabetes, 82 patients with diabetes were detected, and the detection rate was 6.30%; 114 patients with pre-diabetes were detected, and the detection rate was 8.76%. Age, overweight or obesity and history of hypertension were the main risk factors for high risk population of diabetes, among them, with the increase of BMI, the detection rate of diabetes increased signifcantly （χ^2 trend =16.228, P 〈 0.001）. Conclusion： Screening for high-risk population of diabetes can better identify diabetic and pre-diabetic patients and related risk factors. It has positive signifcance for community health service centers to strengthen residents’ health education, improve the level of comprehensive prevention and treatment of diabetes, and enhance residents’ health literacy.
