摘　　要：弱势群体的不断扩大已经成为社会上不可忽视的一个现状。在公共出行中,生理和心理的特性导致了他们不能很好地适应现代化的交通设施。通过调查研究弱势群体行为及心理特征,对城市公交系统进行全方位的无障碍设计,主要针对于乘车路线引导、候车亭及车内环境等提出系统设计策略方案。The continuous expansion of the vulnerable disadvantaged groups has become a current situation that can not be ignored. In public travel,physical and psychological characteristics have led to their failure to adapt well to modern transportation facilities. Through investigating and studying the behavior and psychological characteristics of the vulnerable group,we have a full range of barrier free design for the urban public transport system,to aim at vehicle route guidance,shelter and vehicle environment,and put forward the system design strategy plan.
