摘　　要：心脑血管疾病(Cardio-cerebrovascular disease,CCD)是慢性肾脏病(Chronic kidney disease,CKD)患者最为重要的死亡原因。由于CKD患者的CCD发病更为复杂,血脂异常在其中的作用特殊且经常被忽视。本文综述了CKD患者血脂异常的管理、使用降脂药物指征,着重论述他汀类药物在CKD这一特殊人群使用的不良反应及其预防。Cardio-cerebrovascular disease（CCD） is the leading cause of death in patients with chronic kidney disease （ CKD）. The pathogenesis mechanism of CCD in patients with CKD is complicated, and the role of dyslipidemia in CCD is different from those without CKD, so the strategies of lipid-lowering therapy is currently neglected. This article reviews the management of dyslipidemia and the indications of lipid-lowering agents in patients with CKD. We especially focuses on the side effects of statins and the prevention in such a special population of CKD.
