摘　　要：目的探讨药物性肝损伤合并高血压患者的最佳治疗方案和药学监护。方法临床药师通过RUCAM评估量表参与1例药物性肝损伤患者的治疗过程,与医生共同详细询问患者既往用药史,综合患者合并症,对患者的临床诊断、药物治疗方案等进行分析,对患者的治疗效果及不良反应进行药学监护。结果临床药师结合药学专业知识及查阅相关文献,对患者的药物治疗方案及不良反应进行全程的药学监护,协同医生制定个体化药物治疗方案,保障患者药物治疗的安全性及有效性。结论药物性肝损伤需引起公众注意。临床药师参与临床治疗,分析、判断药物相互作用,避免肝脏损害加重,促进临床用药合理化。Objective To provide references for the optimized treatment plan and pharmaceutical care for patients with drug-induced liver injury complicated with hypertension. Methods Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment of 1 case of drug-induced liver injury by RUCAM assessment scale. The clinical diagnosis and drug treatment strategy were analyzed by collecting the history of previous medications and comprehensive comorbidities of patients, and the treatment effects and adverse reactions were monitored. Results Based on the special knowledge of pharmacy and the related literatures, clinical pharmacists made a whole course of pharmaceutical care for the patient by monitoring the drug treatment strategy and adverse drug reaction and assisting physicians with individualized treatment plan, in order to ensure the safety and effectiveness of drug treatment. Conclusion Drug-induced liver injury needs to be paid attention to. Clinical pharmacists participate in the clinical treatment, analyze and judge the drug interaction to avoid aggravating the liver injury, and finally promote the rationalization of clinical medication.
