电子签章和电子合同助力“企业上云”财政补贴审批全程电子化

摘　　要：为推动现代企业利用云计算加快数字化、网络化、智能化转型,推进互联网、大数据、人工智能与实体经济深度融合,笔者介绍了一种基于电子签章技术和电子合同应用的企业上云财政补贴申报、审核和发放全业务流程电子化方案。此方案对于促进提高上云财政补贴的审核、发放效率,降低申报、审核费用具有建设性的意义。In order to promote modern enterprises to use cloud computing to speed up the digital, networked and intelligent transformation and promote the deep integration of Internet, large data, artificial intelligence and real economy, this paper introduces a financial subsidy declaration, audit and issuance business process based on electronic signature technology and electronic contract application. The electronic scheme is of constructive significance for promoting enterprises to go up to the cloud, improving the efficiency of examination and distribution of financial subsidies, and reducing the cost of declaration and examination.
