摘　　要：笔者首先分析了通信线路维护管理特点,进而介绍了光纤通信线路在维护管理中的主要问题,包括维护技术问题、维护人员能力问题、维护成本较高等,最后提出了做好光纤通信线路有效维护管理工作的具体措施,包括提高维护管理技术水平、建设专业的维护管理队伍、建立信息化的维护管理平台、加强成本控制等方法,希望能为相关人士提供一些借鉴。The article first analyzes the characteristics of the maintenance and management of communication lines. The following paper introduces the main problems in the maintenance and management of optical fiber communication lines, including maintenance technical problems, maintenance personnel capability, and high maintenance costs. Finally, the article proposes fiber-optic communication. The specific measures for effective maintenance management of the line include improving maintenance management technology, building a professional maintenance management team, establishing an information-based maintenance management platform, and strengthening cost control. It is hoped that some relevant references can be provided to relevant parties.
