摘　　要：目的:研究潜江市人乳头瘤病毒感染及亚型分布情况。方法:选取就诊的1 235例患者为研究对象,应用反向点杂交技术对患者标本进行人乳头瘤病毒分型检测,对所得数据进行统计分析。结果:1 183例女性患者感染227例,占比19. 19%,52例男性患者感染18例,占比34. 62%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);其中女性感染率较高的亚型为52、16、58、44、40型,男性感染率较高的亚型为6、42、16、66、18型。结论:潜江市HPV感染率较高,HPV感染亚型具有一定的区域性。Objective To investigate the status of human papillomavirus ilffection in Qianjiang. Method A total of 1 235 patients treated in our hospital were selected as the research object. Reverse transcriptase hybridization was used to detect hu- man papillomavirus （HPV） in the samples of patients and the data were statistically analyzed. Results Among the 1 183 female patients ,227 eases were ilffeeted, accounting for 19. 19%. Fifty- -two male patients were infected with 18 eases （34.62%） , the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The subtypes with high prevalence of female infection were 52,16,58,44,40 type,the higher prevalence of male subupe 6,42,16,66,18 Upe. Conclusion Qianjiang City-, a higher prevalence of HPV in- feetion,HPV subtypes have a certain regional .
