摘　　要：目的:观察依帕司他对糖尿病性胃轻瘫(DGP)的影响。方法:选择50例DGP患者,按就诊顺序随机及病种每例相隔抽取法分为试验组和对照组两组,每组各25例。试验组给予依帕司他50 mg口服,3次/d,共6周。对照组给予胃动力药莫沙比利5 mg口服,3次/d,共6周。根据两组服药前、后的胃十二指肠造影、超声检查变化,记录两组患者症状的改善情况。结果:试验组治疗后胃蠕动明显增强,患者大多自觉症状减轻或消失,无不良反应,对照组治疗后胃蠕动也增强,但会出现易饥饿、腹泻等不良反应。结论:相比莫沙比利,依帕司他具有促进胃动力的作用,是治疗DGP安全、有效的药物。Objective To observe the effects of epalrestat in treating diabetic astroparessis（DGP）. Method 50 cases of DGP were selected and divide into 2 group, according to time sequence when out - patient into hospital intervals extractive, each group 25 cases. First group give epalrestat oral 50 rag, po, tid. For 6 week. Another group give gastric motiliU medicine moshabili 5 mg, po, tid. for 6 week. two group patients＇s age, sex and time sicken was similarity. Observed changes for gastroduodenal angiography and ultrasound examination before and after patients take drugs. Recorded condition of disease symptoms impro- ving. Results Stomach motility obviously enhanced after oral epalwestat, and patients mostly reeled reduce or disappear of con- scious symptoms, no adverse reaction. However moshabili ＇ group stomach motility also enhanced, but easy to appear adverse drug reaction that easy hunger、diarrhea and so on. Conclusion Epalrestat can enhance gastric motility. It is safe and effective in treat- ment of DGP.
