摘　　要：钛合金材料具有比强度高,变形系数小,热强性、低温韧性、抗腐蚀性和焊接性能较好等优点。近几年,钛合金材料借助其优越的物理化学性能在工业制造领域得到了大量的推广应用。电镀镉工艺被广泛应用于装备制造业,在金属表面镀镉可以保护金属免遭腐蚀,并提高装配的紧密性和摩擦性。针对在实际生产过程中,电镀镉技术要求较高,特别是钛合金零件表面电镀镉工艺在国内应用较少,而且涉及氰化物等剧毒物质的使用,开展了制造过程中质量控制研究,包括工艺通用要求、流程参数、质量检验和试验验证。只有在制造过程中进行严格的质量控制,才能得到质量可靠的产品。Titanium alloy has lots of advantages,such as high specific strength,low deforming ratio,thermal strength,low temperature toughness,corrosion resistance and good welding performance.In these years,titanium alloy has been widely used in industrial manufacturing because of it＇s superior physical and chemical property.The process of cadmium plating was widely used in the equipment manufacturing industry,this process can avoid metals corrosion,and improve the compactness and friction of assembly.Aimed at the problems in the actual production process,such as higher requirement to cadmium（electro）plating technology,especially the few application of cadmium plating process to the surface of titanium alloy parts in domestic,and the usage of extremely toxic substance including cyanide and so on,the research on quality control in manufacturing process was carried out,including general process requirement,flow parameters,quality inspection,experimental verification.Only strict quality control in manufacturing process can get the quality reliable products.
