摘  要:较低的功率因数会使得设备有功功率无法充分利用,而降低设备利用率,加大供电投资成本。为了提高电力系统运行时的功率因数,稳定电压质量,保证电力设备的使用寿命,一般会在变电站的母线上并联电容器装置,用于供配电系统的无功功率补偿,提高功率因数,改善供电质量。电力电容器装置能否安全、有效地工作会对整个供配电系统高质量供电、电网电压稳定以及线路设备的安全产生重大影响。某石化企业35kV变电站的10kV母线上的电容器在运行期间发生闪爆事故,造成多台设备停运、停产。电气维护人员通过现场观察和事故原因分析,提出了有效的应对方案,消除了事故隐患,保证了电力系统的安全平稳运行。The lower power factor will make the active power of equipments unable to be fully used,so it reduced the utilization ratio of equipments and increased the investment cost of power supply.In order to improve the power factor of the power system working,stabilize the quality of the voltage,and ensure the service life of the power equipments,the shunt capacitor device was generally used in the bus of the transformer substation to compensate for the reactive power of the power supply and distribution system,improve the power factor and improve the quality of the power supply.Whether the power capacitor device can work safely and effectively have a great influence on the high quality power supply of power supply and distribution system,the voltage stability of the power grid and the safety of the line equipment.During the operation of a capacitor on the 10 kV bus of a 35 substation in a petrochemical enterprise,a flash explosion accident occurred,that resulted in the shutdown and halt production of equipments.Through the field observation and the accident reason analysis of maintainer,the effective response options were put forward,eliminated the hidden danger of the accident and ensured the safe and stable operation of the power system.
