摘  要:研究生物慢滤技术处理微污染窖水的过程中,石英砂、火山岩、麦饭石3种滤料挂膜成功的时间和对污染物的去除效果,探讨了滤料成分中Fe元素、Mg元素、Ca元素对生物膜中微生物的作用。结果表明,火山岩中Fe元素、Mg元素、Ca元素含量最多,麦饭石次之,石英砂最少,且石英砂、火山岩、麦饭石挂膜成功的时间分别为43、29、37 d。挂膜成功后,对浊度、氨氮、CODMn、UV254、菌落总数的平均去除率均为火山岩>麦饭石>石英砂。由此可知,Fe元素、Mg元素、Ca元素可在一定程度上促进微生物的生长、繁殖、聚集,使得火山岩挂膜成功的时间最短,对污染物的去除效果最好,麦饭石次之,石英砂最差。In the process of using bio-slow sand filtration to treat micro-polluted cellar water, the time of biofilm formation and the removal effect of pollutants with three filter materials of quartz sand, volcanic and medical stone were studied, the effect of Fe element, Mg element and Ca element in the filter materials component on the microorganisms in biofilm was further discussed. The results showed that the content of Fe element, Mg element and Ca element in volcanic was the highest, followed by medical stone and quartz sand, and the time of biofilm formation of quartz sand, volcanic rock,medical stone were 43 d, 29 d, 37 d respectively. After the biofilm formation, from big to small of the average removal rate of turbidity, ammonia nitrogen,CODMn, UV254, and total number of colonies were all volcanic rock, medical stone, quartz sand. This showed that Fe element, Mg element and Ca element could promote the growth, multiplication and aggregation of microorganisms to a certain extent,so that the biofilm formation time of volcanic rock was the shortest, and the removal effect of pollutants was the best, followed by medical stone and quartz sand.
